MARCH 2023 CHALLENGE
5-10 OPENED PLANKS
A DAY 

Level 1:
🔷Start in the push-up position on your hands
🔷Core is engaged
🔷There should be a straight line from your shoulders, hips, heels
🔷Slowly walk your hands out
🔷Once you have walked your hands out, slowly walk them back in to your starting position
👉Goal is to be parallel to the ground

Level 2:
🔷Same as Level 1 but walk out as far as comfortable, If you feel your hips sag, limit the range of motion and slowly walk back to your starting position

🔷Take 2-3 rest days a week (eg: Wed & Sun)
🔷Done in addition to your daily workout
