ABOUT THE IRON TWINS
The Iron Twins are fierce athletes, coaches, motivators and badass mamas. Before becoming full-time multi-passionate entrepreneurs, Paola worked in the digital Marketing space while Pamela managed her own Web/Graphic design company.
Our tenacity and thirst for adventure led us to discover CrossFit and Obstacle Racing (OCR) back in 2013. We were instantly hooked. Our passion for the sport and camaraderie grew so strong that we decided to make it a lifestyle, and our thirst for new challenges led us to History Channel's "The Selection: Special Operations Experiment" unscripted TV Series. This experience forever altered our understanding of the POWER of the mind.
