10 WALL HANDSTAND
🔷Level 1: Kick up to the wall from a cartwheel or wall walk up belly facing the wall, arms should be locked out, arms pressed up in the ears, core engaged, this will be your starting position
🔷Level 2: Put your feet up on a box, chair etc. Arms locked out so you’re in a pike handstand position, this will be your starting point
🔷Level 1 & 2: Keeping your arms locked out, rocking your hips from side to side shifting your weight from one hand to another as you lift your hand and tap your same shoulder
🔷Continue 10 alternating shoulder taps to start the challenge and progress as you feel comfortable
🔷Do not arch your back
🔷Take 2 rest days a week (eg: Wed & Sun)
🔷Do them Anytime, Anywhere
🔷Done in addition to your daily workout
🔷Tag us for accountability & to be featured in our stories
