AUGUST 2023 CHALLENGE
5-10 HANDSTAND TUCKS A DAY
🔷Wall walk to a handstand and don’t get too close (Chest to wall position)
🔷Push TALL through shoulders into a nice straight line
🔷Try and tuck down as far as you can comfortably hold
🔷Postarily tuck hips and pull knees down towards the chest
🔷Use wall to assist, slide feet down as far as possible then back up and repeat
🔷Same as advanced, Wall walk to a handstand, push tall through shoulders and tuck feet down as far as you can comfortably and hold for TIME
🔷 If this movement is still too difficult just hold a wall handstand (no tuck)
TIP: Push as tall as possible through the shoulders the entire time during the exercise
🔷Take 2-3 rest days a week (eg: Wed & Sun)
🔷Do them Anytime, Anywhere
🔷Done in addition to your daily workout
