DECEMBER CHALLENGE
3 PULL-UPS
A DAY

🔹 3 Strict Pull-ups to start (Add Reps or weight as you progress)
🔹 Scaled w/Band (5 sets of 5 reps) OR (3 negatives, 3-5 sec tempo + Bar/Ring rows 5 sets of 5)
🔹Take 2-3 rest days a week (eg: Wed & Sun)
🔹Do them Anytime, Anywhere
🔹Done in addition to your daily workout
🔹Tag us for accountability & to be featured in our stories
