PUSH-UPS A DAY
⚠️This is an advanced movement
🔷Starting in plank position
🔷Hands slightly wider than shoulder-distance apart
🔷Body in a straight line and tighten your core
🔷As you lower into a pushup, the knees come wide, aiming to touch your elbow
🔷Push back up as you return leg back to starting position
🔷Alternate sides with every push-up
Same as level 1 but from your knees
🔷Take 2-3 rest days a week (eg: Wed & Sun)
🔷Do them Anytime, Anywhere
🔷Done in addition to your daily workout
